Ryan Weber is an experienced accounting and valuation professional whose career is rooted in hard work, service, and a commitment to helping business owners succeed.
Raised on a dairy farm, he developed an early appreciation for responsibility and dedication. While in college, he enlisted in the U.S. Army, gaining hands-on accounting experience. After returning from a year overseas, he began his career in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and joined MBE CPAs in Reedsburg in 2009.
Ryan began his career in tax before discovering a passion for advising business owners on strategic and operational matters. He now specializes in business valuation, helping owners understand, grow, and transition the value of their companies. His work includes succession planning, third-party sales, value growth initiatives, M&A negotiations, dispute resolution, and lending-related valuations.
Ryan lives in Reedsburg with his wife and children. He enjoys playing cards, traveling with his wife, and spending summers on Castle Rock Lake with family and friends.
