Since joining in 2013, she’s been a driving force behind the growth of the firm’s Assurance practice, helping expand the department, strengthen its methodologies, and raises the standard of service delivery.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, Dilyana is deeply committed to mentoring professionals and building a team culture rooted in accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation. She also established and continues to manage the firm’s international office in Bulgaria, which has scaled operations, raised standards, and connected teams globally.
